Base & Route
Actual world keeps bounds; Elastic warps the middle; Auto-fit grows the base; Details spread only affects context.
Route Shape
NewChoose sloped or rounded shoulders above a wider foot. Width sets the flat crown. Twin rails keep an open channel and disable centreline textures and waypoint bumps.
Clearance follows the full footprint through bends. Roads are cut back; intruding buildings are omitted. Zero still protects the footprint. Parks and water keep their coverage.
Tactile Textures
Replaces ridge, ribs, dots, and lines when enabled.

Map context
Choose what should surround the route in the tactile model.
BuildingsHeight and roof texture
Extruded footprints that add urban landmarks.
Waffle grid uses 0.8 mm strips at 2.4 mm spacing; roof dots use 1.0 mm diameter at 2.4 mm spacing. A 0.5 mm relief spans about 3–6 layers at 0.16–0.08 mm.
RoadsHierarchy, width and relief
Buffered linework for tactile street context.
Dashed minor roads apply only with All roads selected. Gaps are 75% of the dash length, with a 0.6 mm minimum.
ParksSurface texture and spacing
Use a contrasting texture to distinguish open green space.
Texture size and spacing are shared with water ripple generation.
WaterWaves, direction and coverage
Wave texture helps orient toward coastlines and rivers.
Lower mesh steps are smoother but create larger files.
